Mike Sposato moved to Charlotte in 1996 after college in West Virginia and a short stint in Dallas, TX to start a career in business-to-business sales. While working at a Fortune 100 company in Charlotte, Mike excelled immediately in his field, winning the National Rookie of the Year Award. In the next two years, Mike also won the National Account Executive of the Year Award out of 350 peers nationwide. During this time, Mike developed an interest in real estate and began building a rental portfolio in the Greater Charlotte area.
As time went on, Mike decided to take what he learned from Corporate America and transition into becoming a licensed Realtor in the early 2000s.
With 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mike has developed deep roots in the community and a strong reputation for honesty, hard work, and a true customer-first mentality. He lives by the golden rule, understands the value of long-term relationships, and is committed to providing exceptional, personalized service. Mike always treats his clients the way he would want to be treated.
As the Broker/Owner of Carolina Realty Advisors, Mike enjoys helping people — from his clients to his agents and employees. His passion as a mentor and leader is boundless. In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time on the area lakes, boating, visiting his beach house with his two Boxer dogs, and traveling internationally.
